Our luxury board begins each morning with an all-natural breakfast buffet, which you can take advantage of between 7:30am and 10:30am and enjoy on our sun terrace or in our fantastically lit conservatory. The accompanying views of the majestic mountains and stunning spa town of Merano come free of charge! In the afternoons, there is a wonderful cake and strudel buffet. Nothing beats a midday portion of apple strudel with custard and a cup of coffee. Then, in the evenings, our head chef Stefan will prepare the delectable dishes from our light four-course menu for you. You can also help yourself from our extensive salad buffet and, at the end of the meal, from our amazing cheese buffet. In our cosy hotel bar, you can round your day off nicely with a good glass of South Tyrolean wine or a grappa. It is here where our landlord, Michael, can pass on secret tips for unforgettable hikes, exciting excursions and the best cycling tours.
