So that you can enjoy your holiday carefree from the start, we have compiled the most important information for you here. And if a question still remains, we are always happy to assist you by phone or email.
- Rooms/Suites: Prices are per person per night including half board
- Apartments: Prices are for 2 people per night without meals (Breakfast & Dinner can be flexibly booked on site)
- Local tax: € 3.40 per person per day (children under 14 years exempt)
Use our convenient online check-in from home. You will receive the link for this directly with your booking confirmation.
- Check-in from 3:00 PM
- Check-out until 11:00 AM (Late check-out upon request)
- Late arrival: If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know.
We are happy to try to fulfill your wishes regarding floor or room number, but we cannot always guarantee this.
Cancellations are only accepted in written form.
- Up to 3 weeks before arrival: Free cancellation. We will refund your deposit in full.
- From 20 to 7 days before arrival: We charge 50% of the total price.
- Within the last week, in case of no-show or early departure: We charge 100% of the booked stay.
In order to ensure financial security in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we recommend the travel cancellation insurance "Hotelstorno Plus" in cooperation with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. You can easily and securely pay the premium together with the deposit here.
To secure your booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total stay. This will of course be credited to your hotel bill at 100%.
- Payment options: Conveniently by credit card or bank transfer. We will send you the details with your reservation confirmation.
- Security: If you cancel within the free cancellation period, you will receive your deposit back immediately.
Free underground parking with spacious parking spaces
An electric charging station is available in front of the Hotel (for a fee).
Bringing your own bike? It'll be safe and insured against theft in our alarm-secured bike room.
Dogs are warmly welcomed with us. Please specify when booking.
- Prices: € 25, - per night in the suites/apartments, € 20, - per night in the main house
- Restaurant & Bar: Dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms. However, on the terrace (outside of meal times) and in the bar, your pet is a welcome guest on a leash.
- Important: Please remember to bring the EU pet passport, microchip identification, and a valid rabies vaccination. In Italy, there is also a leash law and a muzzle requirement on public transportation.
- Mobility: There is no South Tyrol Guest Pass for dogs. Small dogs travel for free, there are day tickets for larger animals.
- Gourmet breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
- Cake and strudel buffet: 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM
- Admission for dinner: 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- Outdoor pool: from Easter to All Saints' Day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Indoor pool & whirlpool: all year round from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saunas: from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. - upon request, we are happy to keep the saunas open for longer
You are welcome to pre-book our spa treatments before your arrival.
- Classic and Ayurvedic massages & Alpienne natural treatments: Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon

If you are arriving by public transport, we are happy to pick you up from the Algund or Meran train station for free and take you back there. Please let us know in advance.
