Our luxurious apartments in the Residence offer plenty of space and modern living comfort. The highlight of the holiday apartments is the large, south-facing loggia, which gives you plenty of privacy and opens up an unobstructed view over Merano.
Upon booking the apartments, no meals are included, but you may flexibly add breakfast and dinner on site. This way, you can design your vacation according to your own wishes - one day with a fresh bread service or breakfast at the hotel, another day with a cozy dinner in the hotel restaurant or simply all by yourself in the apartment.

For a relaxed start to your day, we offer a bread roll delivery service.
Simply order your favourite bread rolls via the tablet in your apartment by 6:00 p.m. on the previous day, and the next morning we will deliver freshly baked bread rolls right to your door.
Our bread rolls are supplied daily by the local bakery Mein Beck, renowned for its traditional craftsmanship and excellent quality.
If you wish, you are welcome to add our breakfast buffet (subject to availability) and enjoy a relaxed start to your day at the hotel.
The breakfast price is €25.00 per adult (15 years and older) and €15.00 per child (6–14 years).
Breakfast reservations: please register by the previous day.
You are also welcome to add dinner at any time during your stay. In our hotel restaurant, we serve a 5-course set menu with a choice of dishes, including vegetarian options and children's meals. Please note that we do not have an à la carte restaurant.
Dinner is €40.00 per adult and €20.00 per child (6–14 years). Our Wednesday gala dinner is €45.00 per adult and €30.00 per child. Children under the age of 5 dine free of charge.
Dinner reservations: by 11:00 a.m. on the same day.
