Behind this feeling are the people who often work quietly behind the scenes, making sure every detail is taken care of.
Today, we'd like you to meet three very special members of our team: Sumontha (centre), Theu (right) and Rita (left).
Each of them brings their own experience, commitment and attention to detail, and together they make our housekeeping team truly exceptional.
Sumontha has been part of the Heinrichshof family for almost 20 years. Thanks to her wealth of experience, she knows every corner of the hotel and, together with Theu, lovingly looks after our Residence, ensuring that every apartment is perfectly prepared for our guests.
Theu has been an invaluable member of our team for more than 10 years. With her reliability, dedication and warm personality, she helps create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the Residence, making every guest feel right at home.
Rita has been part of our housekeeping team for four years. With her cheerful smile, great attention to detail and genuine commitment, she takes care of the rooms and suites in our main building, making sure they are beautifully prepared and ready to welcome our guests.
